Feeling clean should never be a luxury.
Yet 4.2 million adults across the UK are living in hygiene poverty, struggling to afford everyday essentials such as shampoo, toothpaste, laundry detergent, nappies and period products.
That's why The Hygiene Bank Guildford & Godalming does such important work. Run entirely by volunteers, the charity collects and distributes hygiene products to local people experiencing hardship, helping to restore dignity, confidence and wellbeing.
